We’re launching an upgraded guest experience to make it easier to attend events at Mary Brown’s Centre and St. John’s Convention Centre!
To support this transition, ticketing services for Gearoid McCarthy will be disrupted from 12pm on June 30 to approximately 12pm on July 2.
What this means for you?
- Get ready for easier access to your events and tickets, and a seamless digital experience (and yes, both mobile and printed tickets will still be offered!)
- Already have tickets for Gearoid McCarthy? On July 2nd, your new tickets will be reissued automatically through your previously selected delivery method (email or will call).
- Please note, pending ticket transfers (transferring tickets from guest to guest) need to be completed by 12pm on June 30.
What comes next?
- We’ll keep you in the loop the whole way. Once we’ve launched on July 2, you will be provided with your tickets, a how-to on your new TIXR Account, plus a FAQ to aid with any questions along the way.
